All Six Condos on Former Amelia’s Site SOLD on 4/22/19
GLOUCESTER, MA – McDermott & MacCarthy of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, has successfully marketed and sold all six luxury units, known as Good Harbor Beachside Condominiums, to one investor. Located directly across from Gloucester’s well-known Good Harbor Beach, Good Harbor Beachside Condominiums is a new construction development on the former site of Amelia’s Restaurant. Bob and Sue McDermott and Kenny MacCarthy, who live on Cape Ann and serve clients on Massachusetts’ North Shore, sold all six units for $5.5 million to The Brennan Group, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm. According to public records, the trade took place on 4/22/19.
“We were staging, shooting video, and preparing for six individual sales on the open market when we decided to pre-launch the units with our Whisper Campaign. Yet again, our strategy was successful,” said Kenny MacCarthy of McDermott & MacCarthy. “Our client was thrilled that we were able to facilitate the sale of all six units to one buyer. This demonstrates the power of planning and superior marketing strategies, as well as the cache of the Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty brand.”
“Good Harbor Beachside offers a premier, concierge-style living experience at one of the most sought after locations on Cape Ann,” added Sue McDermott of McDermott & MacCarthy. “The bespoke features and luxury amenities are enhanced by their proximity to Good Harbor Beach. Imagine owning a modern luxury home positioned directly across the street from a gorgeous stretch of oceanfront sand. It is simply idyllic.”
The six units are now offered individually by a local real estate firm.
